Proof

…that just because I can’t eat dairy, meat, eggs, or refined sugar (and am trying to phase out gluten 😉 ), I can still eat amazingly good food.

Asparagus sauteed in olive oil with crushed garlic and vegetable broth (kinda like I do my green beans), Trader Joe’s brown rice medley, steamed in part water, part vegetable broth, and romaine lettuce with cucumbers, carrots, and creamy balsamic dressing. Healthy and delicious.
